CONSTRUCTION UPDATE – MAY 2026

Construction is progressing well across Laurel. The Huntley Road homes have now been plastered, with joinery and flooring installed and pre-painting and fit-off works currently underway.

The Yawla Street homes are following closely behind, with construction approximately two weeks behind the Huntley Road residences.

Private landscaping has also commenced, while landscaping throughout the shared common areas is scheduled to begin later this month.
